The new service is the result of a strategic partnership between the two national operators and is aimed at strengthening financial ties and increasing convenience for citizens on both sides of the border.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key features of the service:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bilateral transfers <\/strong>\u2014 from UZCARD card to Elcard card and vice versa;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Favorable exchange rate for cross-border transactions<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accessibility<\/strong> \u2014 for users in Uzbekistan &#8211; at the first stage through the UNIRED application (\u201cUniversalbank\u201d JSCB), with subsequent connection of other commercial banks; in Kyrgyzstan the service is implemented in the Elcard Mobile application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00abWe consider the launch of cross-border transfers as an important step in the development of regional payment interaction. Together with Elcard, we are creating an infrastructure that makes everyday financial transactions easier, more accessible and reliable for citizens of the two countries.
