During the event, UZCARD Academy Director Farrukh Tursunkhodjaev presented the educational program, detailed the selection process, and provided insight into the opportunities available to Academy members.<\/p>\n<p>UZCARD Academy is an intensive 4.5-month program oriented to prepare the next generation of IT and fintech professionals. Every year, based on the results of a competitive selection, 100 of the most motivated candidates are admitted to training. The training is fully funded by UZCARD, making the program accessible to talented young people.<\/p>\n<p>To date, the first round has already successfully completed education within the project. The second round is currently undergoing the educational program. The third round is scheduled to start on May 1, 2026, in Tashkent and several regions of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n<p>Curriculum at UZCARD Academy is 70\/30-based, with 70% of the curriculum allocated to practice and real-time case studies, and 30% to theory study. This approach allows participants not only to gain a deep understanding of the course content but also to immediately apply their knowledge in conditions most closely resembling real-time industry challenges.<\/p>\n<p>The Academy curriculum is focused on practice and working with actual cases.
