Stages of the tender process<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The functional technical requirements are prepared by the Customer and provided to the Participant of the Competitive Selection as part of the competitive selection documentation \u2014 20\/05\/2026.<\/li>\n
  2. The potential supplier prepares a package of documents and submits it to the Customer. Deadline for submission of the document package: by 05:00 pm on 05\/06\/2026.<\/li>\n
  3. The Customer, jointly with experts, carries out a technical evaluation of the proposals received for compliance with the Technical Requirements and the Terms of Reference by 10\/06\/2026.<\/li>\n
  4. The Customer sends a request for final prices to the Participants, and the Participant submits its final price offer by 12\/06\/2026.<\/li>\n
  5. Approval of the results of the Competitive Selection and signing of the contract \u2014 by 19\/06\/2026.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The package of competitive selection documentation shall be accepted until 05:00 pm on 5 June 2026 by email at Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz<\/a><\/span>, with a copy to anna.nikulina@uzcard.uz<\/a><\/span>, and must include the following mandatory package of documents<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    – list of constituent documents for the Security Department;<\/p>\n

    – Terms of Reference;<\/p>\n

    – Form No. 1 \u2014 Commercial Proposal in accordance with the required form;<\/p>\n

    – Form No. 2 \u2014 Technical Requirements in accordance with the required form;<\/p>\n

    – Form No. 3 \u2014 a file containing the key contract requirements.<\/p>\n
