This format allows for simultaneous discussion of cybersecurity issues at the financial industry level and the sharing of practical knowledge with those who interact directly with residents of the regions.<\/p>\n<p>On September 29, a specialized seminar for representatives of the banking sector was held at the Urgench City Administration. Participants discussed current cyber threats, issues related to the protection of financial service users, the prevention of digital fraud, and modern approaches to ensuring the security of non-cash payments. Particular attention was paid to the practical aspects of combating fraud and the need to increase users\u2019 resilience to common social engineering schemes, phishing, and other types of digital threats.<\/p>\n<p>On September 30, the program continued at Mamun University, where a seminar on digital literacy and cybersecurity was held for representatives of mahallas. Participants were provided with practical materials on the safe use of digital financial services, the protection of personal and payment data, and common fraud schemes.<\/p>\n<p>Mahalla representatives will be able to use the knowledge and materials they\u2019ve gained in their ongoing educational work with residents, helping them better navigate the digital environment, recognize potential threats, and avoid acting rashly when receiving suspicious calls, messages, or offers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>It is important to us that knowledge about digital security does not remain confined to the professional community. Working with mahalla representatives allows us to pass on practical recommendations to residents who interact with digital services and encounter new fraud schemes on a daily basis<\/em>,\u201d noted Nurzhau Bolatbek, Deputy General Director for Information Security UCMG LLC.<\/p>\n<p>CyberWeek is now in its second year and is gradually evolving from a series of regional educational events into a comprehensive program aimed at improving digital literacy and preventing cyberfraud. As part of the project, specialized seminars are held for representatives of the banking sector, along with educational events for residents of the regions.<\/p>\n<p>By the end of 2025\u20132026, more than 3,500 people had participated in CyberWeek\u2019s educational events, and the project\u2019s total media and television reach exceeded 10 million people. The information campaign reached 2.92 million residents. More than six regional stages were held during the project\u2019s implementation.<\/p>\n<p>In 2026, CyberWeek also expanded its educational formats. Short videos were produced on common fraud scenarios, such as APK scams, fake investment and trading offers, and online shopping scams. The practical materials are structured around a simple algorithm: recognize the threat, stop, and do not share your personal information or money with strangers.<\/p>\n<p>CyberWeek 2.0 brings together government agencies, the financial sector, and the expert community around a common goal\u2014to make the digital environment safer and help users develop practical skills to protect themselves against modern cyber threats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UZCARD.
