EY collects and analyzes the opinions of students and experienced candidates about the perception of the employers&#8217; brand in the CIS countries.<\/p>\n<p>396 respondents from 61 educational institutions of the country took part in the survey. The purpose of the study was to analyze the external image of employers, as well as to assess their attractiveness to students in the Uzbek market. Among the most interesting aspects of working with the best employers in Uzbekistan, students noted: development opportunities, career prospects and salary.<\/p>\n<p>Among the most popular fields of activity for students were: banking and financial sectors, auditing and consulting services, IT, as well as the hotel and restaurant business.<\/p>\n<p>UZCARD company not only provides a comfortable and environmentally friendly working environment, but also has internships with subsequent employment in the company.
