EY kompaniyasi talabalar va tajribali nomzodlarning MDH mamlakatlarida ish beruvchilar brendini idrok etish haqidagi fikrlarini to\u2018plash va tahlil qilish bilan shug\u2018ullanadi.<\/p>\n<p>So\u2018rovda mamlakatdagi 61 ta ta\u2019lim muassasasidan 396 nafar respondent ishtirok etdi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi ish beruvchilarning tashqi qiyofasini tahlil qilish, shuningdek, ularning O\u2018zbekiston bozoridagi talabalar uchun jozibadorligini baholash edi.O\u2018zbekistonning eng yaxshi ish beruvchilari bilan ishlashning eng qiziqarli jihatlari qatorida talabalar rivojlanish imkoniyatlari, martaba o\u2018sishi istiqbollari va ish haqi miqdorini qayd etdilar.<\/p>\n<p>Qatnashuvchilar uchun eng mashhur faoliyat sohalari qatoriga quyidagilar qayd etildi: bank va moliya sektorlari, auditorlik va konsalting xizmatlari, IT, shuningdek mehmonxona va restoran biznesi.<\/p>\n<p>UZCARD nafaqat qulay va ekologik toza ish muhitini ta\u2019minlabgina qolmay, balki stajirovkaga ega bo\u2018lib, keyinchalik kompaniyaga ishga joylashadi.
