Stages of the selection:
- Functional technical requirements are prepared by the customer and provided to the Bidder as part of the tender documentation – 29.11.2024.
- The potential supplier prepares a package of documentation and sends it to the customer. The deadline for submission of the documentation package until 17:00h. 12.12.2024.
- The Customer together with experts carries out technical evaluation of the received proposals for compliance with the Technical Requirements and Technical Task by 18.12.2024.
- The Customer shall send a request for final prices to the Bidders, and the Bidder shall send its final price offer by 20.12.2024.
- Approval of the results of the Tender and signing of the contract until 27.12.2024.
Commercial offers are accepted until 17:00h December 12, 2024 to the e-mail Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz and shall include the following package of mandatory documents:
– list of constituent documents for the Security Department;
– completed table of technical requirements (form No. 1);
– commercial proposal (Form No. 2)
– completed KTC file with the key requirements of the contract (form No. 3).
