Tender stages:
1. Functional technical requirements are prepared by the Customer. Documentation is available on the company’s website. Publication date – December 17, 2024.
2. Q&A session. All questions must be submitted in writing via email by December 23, 2024. Answers will be provided by December 23, 2024.
3. The potential supplier must submit tender documentation in a password-protected archive by December 24, 2024, 17:00 Tashkent time. The archive should be sent to Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz, and the password to Sardor.Aliev@uzcard.uz , indicating the tender name. Further requests for discounts are not anticipated.
Commercial offers shall be accepted until 17:00h December 24, 2024 to the e-mail Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz and must include the following package of mandatory documents:
– list of founding documents for the Security Department;
– commercial offer in accordance with the required form;
– completed KTS file with key requirements of the contract.
