«CRPC» JSC announces a tender for the selection of a supplier of translation services (framework contract)
Stages of the tender:
- Functional technical requirements are prepared by the customer and provided to the Tenderer as part of the tender documentation – 20.02.2025;
- The potential supplier provides the tender documentation in a password-protected archive until 28.02.2025, 17.00h. Tashkent time. The archive shall be sent to the Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz e-mail, password to the Davron.Xojayev@uzcard.uz e-mail with the title of the tender;
Further requests for discounts are not foreseen.
- The Customer, together with experts, conducts a technical evaluation of the received proposals for compliance with the Technical Requirements and Technical Specifications by 05.03.2025;
- The Customer sends a request for final prices to the Participants, and the Participant submits its final price offer by 07.03.2025;
- The results of the Tender will be approved, and the contract will be signed by 14.02.2025.
Commercial proposals are accepted until 17:00h February 28, 2025 in a password-protected archive file until 28.02.2025 17.00h. Tashkent time. The archive file shall be sent to the e-mail Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz, and the password shall be sent to the e-mail Davron.Xojayev@uzcard.uz with the title of the tender, including the following package of mandatory documents:
– A list of incorporation documents for the Security Department;
– A completed table of technical requirements (Form № 1);
– A commercial proposal (Form № 2);
– A completed KTS file with key contract requirements (Form № 3)
