The deadline for submitting proposals for the Tender to select a provider of technical support services for Kemp equipment has been extended until December 19, 2025.
Tender stages:
- The Customer prepares the functional technical requirements. The documentation is available on the company’s website. Publication date: 10.12.2025.
- Question-and-answer session: All questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail no later than 15.12.2025. Answers will be provided by 16.12.2025.
- The potential supplier must prepare and submit the tender documentation package by 14:00 on 15.12.2025 (inclusive).
- Analysis and evaluation of participants’ proposals will be conducted until 18.12.2025.
- Request for final prices: The potential supplier shall submit the tender documentation in a password-protected archive by 16:00 on 22.12.2025 (Tashkent time).
Commercial proposals will be accepted until 14:00 on 19 December 2025 via e-mail to Nargiza.Haitalieva@uzcard.uz and must include the following mandatory documents:
– A list of constituent documents for the Security Department
– A commercial proposal in the required format
– A completed KTS file with the key contract requirements
