- The functional and technical requirements are prepared by the Customer and provided to the Tender Participant as part of the tender documentation – 29/12/2025
- The potential supplier prepares and submits the tender documentation package by 03:00 pm on 13/01/2025 (inclusive)
- Review and formation of the shortlist of participants — by 16/12/2025
- Request for final prices — by 21/01/2025
- Approval of the tender results — approximately by 26/01/2025
