“CRPC” JSC announces a competitive tender for the selection of a supplier to provide a research service covering small and medium-sized businesses, with the aim of identifying problem areas and areas for development in terms of payment acceptance and other financial operations

Tender Stages:

1. The functional and technical requirements shall be prepared by the Customer and provided to the Tender Participant as part of the tender documentation – 15/05/2026.
2. The potential supplier shall prepare the documentation package and submit it to the Customer. The deadline for submission of the documentation package is 22/05/2026 by 05:00 pm.
3. The Customer, together with experts, shall conduct a technical evaluation of the proposals received for compliance with the Technical Requirements and the Terms of Reference by 27/05/2026.
4. The Customer shall send a request for final prices to the Participants, and the Participant shall submit its final price proposal by 29/05/2026.
5. Approval of the Tender results and signing of the contract shall be completed by 08/06/2026.

The tender documentation package shall be accepted until 05:00 pm on 22 May 2026 at Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz with a copy anna.nikulina@uzcard.uz and must include the following mandatory documents:

– list of incorporation documents for the Security Department;

– Form No. 1 — commercial proposal in accordance with the required form;

– Form No. 2 — evaluation criteria in accordance with the required form;

– Form No. 3 — a file containing the key contractual requirements.
