On June 8, Registan Square in Samarkand will host a concert by John Legend, one of the most acclaimed artists in contemporary pop and soul music. The event is organized by the Art and Culture Development Foundation in partnership with the UZCARD payment system, which joins the project as the Gold Partner, supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening Uzbekistan’s cultural presence on the global stage.
The selection of Registan Square as the concert venue reflects the country’s commitment to combining historical heritage with global cultural trends. Grammy, Oscar, and Emmy award winner John Legend will present a live performance against the backdrop of one of UNESCO’s most iconic cultural heritage landmarks.
