Please be advised that the previously announced tender has been canceled due to an update of the technical specifications by the client.
Stages of the tender process:
- The customer prepares the functional and technical requirements. These are provided to the tender participant as part of the tender documentation – July 17, 2026
- Q&A session. Applications (registrations) for participation and all questions should be submitted in writing via email by July 22, 2026. Responses will be provided to all registered participants by July 29, 2026 (inclusive).
- The potential supplier prepares the bid documentation package by August 3, 2026 (inclusive)
- Analysis and evaluation of participants’ bids (by August 7, 2026)
- Request for final prices (by August 14, 2026)
- Approval of the tender results and commencement of contracting, tentatively by August 21, 2026
Bid documents must be submitted by 11:00 p.m. (Tashkent time) on August 3, 2026, in electronic form, to Kozim.Rakhimov@uzcard.uz with a copy to anna.nikulina@uzcard.uz.
