Stages of the Bidding process:
- The performance specifications shall be prepared by the customer and delivered to the Bidder as part of the Bidding documents – 05.02.2026
- Potential suppliers are advised to confirm their participation in this tender by 06.02.2026. Free-form application to the e-mail address below.
- Q&A session. All questions must be sent in writing by e-mail no later than 10.02.2026. Provision of responses – by 12.02.2026.
- Potential supplier shall prepare a package of bid documents by 13.02.2026 (inclusive)
- Analysis and evaluation of bids (by 17.02.2026).
- Request for final prices (by 19.02.2026).
- Approval of the tender results and negotiating of a contract tentatively by 26/02/2026.
Commercial proposals shall be accepted till 17.00 on 13 February 2026 to e-mail address Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz and shall include the following set of obligatory documents:
– list of constituent documents for the Security Department;
– technical specification in accordance with the required form;
– form of commercial proposal in accordance with the required form;
– a completed KTS file with key contract requirements.
