On 25 October, the JAR Stadium hosted the kick-off of the 2025 Banking Football League – the annual autumn tournament that brings together teams from the country’s leading banks. Organizer: FootballCorp, with support from UZCARD.
This year, 10 banks are competing, including regular participants from previous seasons. The games are played in two groups, and the final is scheduled for 15 November.
Each year, FootballCorp unites the financial community on the football field: in spring it stages the FinTech League, where banks, payment systems, and IT companies compete; in autumn, the Banking League takes over – an event exclusively for bank teams.
This season, ten teams will take the field – Hayot Bank, Markaziy Bank, Kapitalbank, BRB Bank, Turonbank, SQB, OFB, Trastbank, Octobank, and NBU- ensuring a high level of competition and excitement.
UZCARD supports the project by providing the prize fund and acting as a partner that promotes corporate sports and healthy competition across the banking sector.
