Stages of the tender process:
- The functional technical requirements are prepared by the Customer and provided to the Participant of the Competitive Selection as part of the competitive selection documentation — 20/05/2026.
- The potential supplier prepares a package of documents and submits it to the Customer. Deadline for submission of the document package: by 05:00 pm on 05/06/2026.
- The Customer, jointly with experts, carries out a technical evaluation of the proposals received for compliance with the Technical Requirements and the Terms of Reference by 10/06/2026.
- The Customer sends a request for final prices to the Participants, and the Participant submits its final price offer by 12/06/2026.
- Approval of the results of the Competitive Selection and signing of the contract — by 19/06/2026.
The package of competitive selection documentation shall be accepted until 05:00 pm on 5 June 2026 by email at Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz, with a copy to anna.nikulina@uzcard.uz, and must include the following mandatory package of documents:
– list of constituent documents for the Security Department;
– Terms of Reference;
– Form No. 1 — Commercial Proposal in accordance with the required form;
– Form No. 2 — Technical Requirements in accordance with the required form;
– Form No. 3 — a file containing the key contract requirements.
