Stages of the tender process:
- The customer prepares the functional and technical requirements and provides them to the Tender Participant as part of the tender documentation – May 19, 2026.
- The potential supplier prepares the documentation package and submits it to the customer. The deadline for submitting the documentation package is 5:00 p.m. on June 1, 2026.
- The customer, together with experts, conducts a technical evaluation of the received proposals for compliance with the Technical Requirements and Technical Specifications by May 4, 2026.
- The customer, together with experts, conducts a technical evaluation of the received proposals for compliance with the Technical Requirements and Technical Specifications by May 4, 2026.
- Approval of the Tender results and signing of the contract by June 12, 2026.
Commercial proposals are accepted until 05:00 pm on 1 June 2026 by email at Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz, with a copy to Anna.nikulina@uzcard.uz, and must include the following mandatory package of documents:
– list of constituent documents for the Security Department;
– Terms of Reference;
– Technical Requirements in accordance with the required form;
– Commercial Proposal Form in accordance with the required form;
– completed file containing the key contract requirements.
